Our mission:
We as a clan strive for excellence whether it be on the battlefield or not. We are a group of well organized, combat oriented Marines. We fear nothing and survive seemingly impossible obstacles. We like our brothers before us, we fight to ensure the safety of Nations. We strive to upkeep our motto "Semper Fidelis" in every aspect. We show respect to those who do us wrong, we are the United Nations - Space Command and we are ready for duty.
We follow a structured ranking system which allows members to move up within the ranks as they prove themselves to the clan. We uptake voting in a round table sort of manor, all men are seen equal and have an opportunity to speak their mind. If lower ranking members have a suggestion to put forward refer to an officer and he will bring it to the attention of the clan.
Code of Conduct
1. The clan comes first.
2. Respect senior authority figures (higher ranks, officers)and be civil to people outside of the clan.
3. If you make a commitment, you keep that commitment.
4. If you go inactive, let us know.
5. Follow the zero-tolerance policy.
6. Keep your rank displayed.
7. If you have a buddy or run into someone who wants to join, and you're not an officer, that means you can't bring him in. Refer him/her to an officer. If you are an officer, and in this same situation, bring in another officer before you make a decision. The only guy who can bring in members without a tryout is the ONI.
8. Do not disrespect your fellow members. No tea-bagging and/or trash talk. Pretty simple.
9. If there is a dispute between you and another member, take it up w/ an officer.
10. The clan comes first.
To receive admittance to the clan all members must be put through boot camp. Boot camp will be run in a series of 3 games the party must be 4v4 to ensure that we can really inspect your team work and communication skills. We are looking for the best to join our ranks so it won't be easy but the reward at the end is truly worth all the efforts. In the boot camp the recruit will be within the same team as the officers present, so that they can accurately asses the players base skills. Things we look for decision making ( are you aware of your surroundings), communication ( do you call-out), in-game attitude (will you push yourself). All of these attributes are consistent with the UNSC member.
In UNSC we also host friendly competitions between Platoon's & Squads prizes will vary. We want to promote inner clan activities, like displayed in the Code of Conduct the "Clan comes First". Rules will be heavily enforced disobeying of rules will earn you either a; demotion, probation or a removal from clan. All depends on the severity of the actions committed.
