I just found out why. Apparently 343i did some dumb shit where you would have to beat the game on Legendary (Solo or Co-Op) online. Not offline, online. This is some pretty dumb ass shit right here. So me & my friend Chet will try to do it on Co-Op soon. Most likely on Saturday.

Well, if you think about it, it makes sense. The MC armor is for MM. It only makes sense that you have be on Live to get it.

Yeah, I finished the first two levels on Legendary at my grandparents' house, but there's no internet there so it was all done offline. I came back and checked everything out. Just so happens that you have to be online to get the commendations for Legendary campaign unlocked. It's all unlocked by commendations. Yeah, ikr? Stupid. I think doing it offline and going back online should scan your achievements and fill in the commendations for you.
