It's over...

We played our first playoff game tonight. We lost... It was a close game for the first part. Man, it was emotional at the end. This was the last high school football game they'll ever play. I'll miss them

One thing that just kills me is that in the fourth quarter a very good friend of mine, Morgan Sprayberry, was seriously injured. The bitches broke his leg in 3 different places. God, his scream is embedded in my mind and continues to echo in the depths of my sorrow. I'm gonna go see him tomorrow at the hospital. Please pray for him.

That sucks at time life can be hard and i know it was very emotional i am sure what your religious preferences are but I would like to offer you a prayer that may help you in this time of woe.

Haha, thanks guys. It's gonna be rough seeing all those excellent players graduate. Then the program is in our hands. The cool thing is that we'll have the original team that we had from the 7th grade, minus some guys that quit, next year. We're gonna own next year.

Oh, quick update on my friend. He's doin alright. My sister, the one that told me, heard his mom wrong. He didn't break it in 3 places. It was the same bone that he had already broken twice before that broke that night. He's doin fine now. I didn't get to go see him at the hospital that night but those that did said he was all doped up on drugs and was hilarious. Haha, I wish I would've been there. He had surgery yesterday and from what I hear it sounds like he's doin alright. He may get to go home today or, since he had surgery, sometime soon. I hope he get's to play football again. He's a great player.
