Halo 4 Gonna suck? NO!

I want to punch everyone in the face who says Halo 4 is gonna suck just because Bungie is not doing it anymore. If you dont already know(which is sad if you dont) 343i was made specifically for the development of Halo 4. Bungie left to do another game, so people are starting to think that 343i will fuck everything up. And thats not true. Most people at 343i worked for Bungie and have been there for the development of all the Halo games since the very beginning. They arent new to Halo, they arent new to the Characters, and they arent new to to the story line. Bottom line is they know what they are doing. Likie every other game it will have its issues in the beginning and i have no doubt that 343i will fix these very quickly. if you have been paying attention to Halo Waypoint and the Halo 4 vids they have posted, you will see that 343i is very capable of making and being successful with the next installment to the Halo franchise.

So for everyone who thinks its gonna suck or wont buy it cuz of 343i making it then you are not true Halo fans. At least try it first b4 you start making assumptions.

Amen. However, not most of 343's employees are former Bungie. I'm unsure of the ratio from former Bungie to just 343i employees, but I'd say about half, more or less, are former Bungie. Those that aren't former Bungie are big Halo fans and love the game as much as you and me. And the want to continue this awesome series. I think they're gonna do great.

This is where I get to jump in. 343i wasn't developed strictly for making H4. They were actually the middle-man between Microsoft and Bungie. And Bungie didn't just leave to make another game. They're contract with Microsoft was done. THey approached MS to renew it, but were denied that renewal. 343i stepped in to fill their place.

The reason everyone thinks 343i will fuck up the Halo series is because of what they did to Reach. They took a perfectly good game, asked the community what should be done with it, and actually listened to them. THe nerf on Armor Lock is but one example. People whinning about how they can't figure out how to get around it, so it got nerfed. It no longer sheds stickies, like it was meant to do. Active Camo is another one that got nerfed. Go into BTB and try out AC. You'll notice that if you sit still, your time in AC is LESS then if you were moving. WTF is that about?! AC was designed for people that wanted to hide!

Bottom line, if H4 sucks, I will NOT buying further installments of Halo. Which hurts cause I am a veteren player.

I have high hopes for Halo 4. Maybe 343i will show promising things in Halo 4 and improve on them for future instalations.

Or! Maybe they're all just money hungry cave slaves willing to satisfy a camel for a quick buck. The main reason 343i is so invested in Halo is because its a cash cow. They dont seem to give a rats ass whether or not they completely destroy the game flow, or weapon mechanics. I miss halo 2 days. Where if the community wanted something, we did it our damn selves.

Hell yeah!

i thought 343 was a side company designed specificly for other forms of media (action figuers,books,comics,mega blocks,ect.)

BTW i got all that from the Halo 4 edition of GI magazine. sorry if i gave some false info cuz of that.
